These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the website at https://cephic.com and the software platforms operated by Cephic LLC ("Cephic", "we", "us", or "our"), including the LaundroEpay platform, the Textluma business-messaging platform, and the aiLoanDesk loan application platform. By using our website or services, you agree to these Terms.
1. Our Services
Cephic designs and operates custom business software. aiLoanDesk is a document-collection platform used by lenders to manage loan applications: borrowers receive a secure link, verify their identity, answer application questions, and upload required documents.
2. Eligibility and Accounts
- You must be at least 18 years old to use our services.
- You are responsible for the accuracy of information you submit and for keeping access to your phone number and email secure.
- Access links and verification codes are personal to you and must not be shared.
3. SMS / Text Messaging Terms
Cephic and its products (including LaundroEpay, Textluma, and messaging services we operate for business customers) send text messages only to individuals who have opted in — for example by submitting a form, signing up for a service, or texting us first. Messages include service notifications, secure links, one-time verification codes, appointment and account updates, and two-way customer-service conversations.
- Message frequency varies depending on the service and your activity.
- Message and data rates may apply according to your mobile carrier plan.
- Reply STOP at any time to opt out of further messages. A final confirmation message will be sent.

- Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of obtaining any product, loan, or service; alternative contact methods (such as email) are available.
- Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

4. Acceptable Use
- Do not misuse the services, attempt unauthorized access, or interfere with their operation.

The services, including software, design, and content, are owned by Cephic or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the services as intended.
6. Third-Party Services
Our services may interoperate with third-party providers (for example, payment processors and messaging carriers). We are not responsible for third-party services, and their terms may apply to your use of them.
7. Disclaimers
The services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. Cephic is a software provider; we are not a lender and do not make credit decisions. Loan decisions are made solely by the lender you are working with.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Cephic will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the services.
9. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last Updated" date indicates the latest revision. Continued use of the services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
